Plum upside down cake

6 Plums, golden syrup, sugar 100gm, 3 eggs, flour 200g, condensed milk 100g.
You can use tinned plums but i used fresh. Wash, peel and deseed 6 plums and cut into wedges. In a pan cook the plum on medium heat with a little golden syrup and sugar and a little water, take off when plums are 1/2 cooked, do not overcook.
Grease a cake tin and pour the plums into the tin with the syrup, press down with the back of a spoon.
Beat together 3 eggs and 100g sugar. Add 200g butter and mix in. Then add 200g self raising flour and whisk all ingredients together. Add 100g of condensed milk and mix in.
Pour the mixture over the plums and bake on 160 degrees for 35 mins. Let cool for a few minutes the carefully turn the cake out onto a plate, enjoy :)
