1/2 banana, peeled and mashed
pinch baking powder shopping list
2 cups rice flour

2 cups vegetable oil for deep frying
In a bowl, add ghee, banana, baking powder, rice flour and sugar and mix well
Add milk to make a batter
Heat oil in a deep pan, making sure the oil is not too hot
Take a ladle full of the mixture and pour into the oil making a doughnut like shape
Once it comes to the surface, turn it over and cook for one minute on the other side
Remove from the oil and place on paper towel until you are ready to serve
