Ingredients:
onion 2 pieces , rice 2 cup , Carrot 1/4 cup , potato 1/4 cup , Muga pulses 1/2 cup , butter oil 1/4 cup ,oil 1/4 cup , Ginger 2 teaspoon ,turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon , 1 teaspoon garlic, salt , chickens 400gm, cardamom 4/5, 5 pieces Chilies , vegetables.
Directions:
fry 5 pieces Chilies , cardamom , Ginger, turmeric powder , onion , on oven with butter oil , fry it well . Than mix 4 tablespoon water. After 5mins mix rice and Muga pulses . In another oven fry the chickens with Spices . when chickens become well fry , than this fried chickens and vegetables mix with rice . Cook for 15-20 mins . when it is prepared then enjoy it!
