Ingredients:
Romaine
Green Peppers
Tomatoes
Black Olives
Provolone
Cheddar
Directions:
1.Shred some romaine lettuce or other salad greens.
2.Gather together five or six fresh vegetables and cut them into bite sized pieces. Some suggested vegetables are tomatoes, carrots, onions, cucumbers, and bell peppers.
3.Toss all the vegetables together.
4.Add the dressing of your choice, or just coat with olive oil and lemon juice for a simple, healthy dressing.
