This is the traditional recipe for fried cheese dumplings Romanian. Serve with sour cream and jam are in high esteem in my family for many years. Fried cheese dumplings recipe I got from a TV show and was one of my first successful culinary giving me the courage to experiment more in the kitchen.
Ingredients for donut
500 g fresh cheese (very well drained, have bulgarasi)
100 g sugar
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 vanilla essence
200 g flour
Pieces: 10
Mix cheese with sugar and baking. It then incorporate the eggs and vanilla and flour at the end. You can mix short robot or dough mixer to blend better!
* If cheese is more humid it may still need 1 tablespoon of flour in its composition, the dough must be formed easily, not too sticky.
Place in a deep tiagie than hot oil.
Form the dough balls the size pumnului.Se strapungebila finger inside the center, then pass the ball with flour. Easily increase the hole in the middle and slightly flattened hoop obtained.
Give heat to medium under the skillet and fry on both sides until papanasii are brown (about 5 minutes).
Serve with sour cream and jam papanasii fries.
