Shrimp/Royyalu/Prawns 1pound
Onion 1 small
Grated coconut 1cup( fresh/ dry)
Ginger garlic and green chilli paste 2sps
Chilli powder 1/2 sp
Haldi pinch
Salt to taste
Curry leaves 6
Cilantro chopped 1 cup
Freshly ground garam masala( cinnamon, cardamom and cloves) 1sp

Wash shrimp and keep aside.
In a pan add 2 drops of oil and add raw shrimp.
Add pinch of haldi and mix well to cook.
Cook for 3 mits and remove.
In a large pan heat oil and add curry leaves, thinly sliced onions and salt.
Saute for few mits and add freshly made ginger garlic and chilli paste.
Cook for 2 mits and add freshly ground garam masala.
Mix well and add coconut.
Cook till raw smell dissappears.
Now add shrimp and chilli powder.
Mix well and fry for about 5 to 7 mits.
Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
