Ingredients:
250 gr flour
2 eggs
100 gr sugar
150 gr butter
2 big white apple
yeast
Directions:
mix the eggs with flour, sugar and the butter. Add the yeast only when the other ingredients are well mixed.
Put half dough in a buttered baking pan, and put the apples cutted in little pieces, then cover all with the other half dough.
Put in over for 45 minutes at 180°
