potato,salt,ghee,flour, chilies powder
First we should boil potato. Then we should make a doe from flour. Then we should put 2/3 spoon of ghee in the pan. Then we should peel potato and smash it and add salt,chilies powder and mix it properly. Then we disintegrate doe in small pieces and make it flat and spread some smashed potatoes all over doe. Then we should again roll doe and make it flat. Then we should put the flat doe in the pan. We should cook it properly in both sides applying some ghee all over. Then aloo paratha is ready to be served. It is better with some chatini or sauce.
