wheat floor, soyabean oil, salt, potatoes,green peas, cumin, turmeric powder,coriander powder, chilli powder , garam masala powder, coriander leaves.
boil the potatoes & peel them .
take a pan & ad some oil, Cumin seeds in it when they become golden brown now add the potatoes & green peas & stir the mixture & cover it for few minutes & cook in low heat. Now add salt , turmeric powder,coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder & cook for few minutes. finally add some chopped coriander leaves.
mix the wheat floor with water & fill the mixture of fried potatoes & green peas in it making it triangular in shape(samosa) .
Now fry the samosa in the oil till it becomes golden brown.
your samosa is now ready to serve, you can serve it with tomato sauce or chutney.
