Krawu - Indonesian Food

Ingredients:
Material For Krawu Yellow :

100 grams grated coconut rough
1 stalk lemongrass, take the white, crushed

Spices:

2cm turmeric, burned
2 red onions
2 cloves garlic

2 pieces of lime leaves, bones removed

Material krawu red:

Material osik meat:

500 ml coconut milk from half coconut oil for frying

Spices:

2 cloves garlic

Serundeng For Topping Krawu :
dried grated coconut approximately 250 g / 500 g's when wet, but means do not need milk anymore

BUMBU :
salt
palm sugar

grated galangal

lemongrass
