Rice Vegetable Ball

Ingredients:

Cooked rice-1 cup(it would be better if the rice cooked 6-8 hours before )
Mixed vegetable-1 cup chopped(Carrot,long beans,peas,corn)
Egg-1(beaten)
Flour-2 Tbs
Green chili-2/3(chopped)
Turmeric powder-1/4 ts
Coriander leaves-2 tbs(chopped)
Salt-3/4 ts or according to your taste
Oil-For deep fry
Directions:


Take a mixing bowl. Put all ingredients except oil to it. Mix well with your hand.
Heat oil in a deep pan. Take around 1 Tbs full mixture and make it ball. Put the ball in the heated oil.
Fry until nice golden color comes out.
