Ingredients:
Garri,Egusi,palm oil,pepper,salt,maggi,onios,bitterleaf,meat or fish
Directions:
Fry the grind ed Egusi and Pour in the parboiled meat with its water.Wait for about 10mins and pour in the remaining ingredients in adequate proportions.Finally wash and put in the washed bitter leaf 10mins before the soup put down.Boil hot water,put in the Garri and stir
