2-3 cups of flour, 2 eggs, 1 cup of water to make a paste, 1 tea spoon ghee , a pinch of salt, half pound minced chicken or buff meat, 1/2 cup of finally chopped onions, 1/2 cup diced tomatoes, 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic respectively, 3 tablespoon cooking oil

1. heat oil, fry garlic and onions until light brown. put in minced meat, salt, and pepper. place tomatoes before it's done. cook until meat is properly cooked


2. mix rice flour,eggs, water and a pinch of salt to make a cake-like-batter. put in some batter and spread out into a thin crust. cover the pan and cook just on one side for 4-6 min.

3. put the topping over it and cook for another 3-4 mins and close the lid

4. remove the CHATAMARI, serve it with some achar or chutney
