Ingredients:
Rice,groundnut oil, salt, maggi, carrots, vegetables, garlic, fresh beans, meat, tomatoes,pepper, and onions
Directions:
Blend the tomatoes,pepper, and onions together. Boil the blend until water evaporates. Boil the meat(keep the meat stock intact) and fry it. Fry the blended tomatoes, onions and pepper with palm oil or groundnut or vegetable oil until the taste is okay. Add seasoning salt and maggi and garlic. Boil the rice till nearly cooked then add the fried blended tomatoes,pepper,onions into it plus the meat stock. Allow to cook for about 20-30 mins until it is done. Add vegetables towards the end and carrot cuts. You can add curry for aroma.
