180 gr soft butter
200 gr ground almonds
80 gr of sugar cane Integral Bio
80 grams of warm honey
30 gr of flour
5 eggs
1 packet of yeast
5 tablespoons. with chopped almonds
8 fresh black figs cut into quarters
Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture whitens. Add the melted honey and warm and mix well.
Add the flour, baking powder, ground almonds and butter soft.
Stir until mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
Arrange the quartered figs in the bottom of a well buttered square pan or covered with a sheet of baking paper.
Pour the mixture obtained above on Figs. Sprinkle the top with chopped almonds.
Place in the oven and cook for 40 minutes.
Let cool before unmolding.
