Ingredients:
dried spinach,salt,tomato(optional),water,sunflower oil,onion
Directions:
First we should put 3/4 spoon of sunflower oil in Pan. Then after the oil is heated,we should put onion chopped into pieces. We should fry it till it is not well cooked. Then we should add dried spinach and add 2/3 spoon of salt and cover it for few minutes. After it, we should add tomatoes and again cover it for 1/2 minutes. As we see the spinach cooked, we should add a bowl of water and boil it for 4/5 minutes. Then gundruk is ready to be served. It is best with rice in winter season.
