Coconut Powder, Chilly, salt, pepper.
Directions:
First add coconut powder and get some chilly to sufficient for you added to coconut Powder. and add some Salt and pepper then Mix all of that and then fried in about 2 minutes with some of cooking oil. Now you can enjoy.
