I saw a delicious recipe on Siddka Kabir's Recipe show. But missed the directions. Can someone tell me the ingredients and recipe.

Here is what I saw on the show.

Steps:
One egg lightly fried. Then you dip the fried egg into a flour (moida) mixture (batter). Then deep fry the egg in oil (tel) until lightly golden.

Again dip the egg into the moida (flour) mixture (batter) and deep fry the egg until lightly golden.

Again dip the egg into the moida (flour) mixture (batter). And fry the egg until golden brown.

Again dip the egg into the moida (flour) mixture (batter) and deep fry the egg until lightly golden.
Repeat this step about 5-6 times.

Questions:
1. Which moida to use? (besan? shada?)
2. What spices (masala) to put in the moida mixture?
3. What is the typical name for this recipe

Directions:
1. Maida means plain flour or simple maida.
Besan is chick pea flour. Don't use besan in this recipe

2. Salt, ajwain/jeera, baking soda
