Recipe for pancakes (about 10 pieces of large but thin):

• 150 g flour
• 2 eggs
• 250 ml milk
• pinch of salt
• mineral water or plain water

• butter or vegetable oil for frying
Sift the flour, add the eggs, milk and salt. Mix, cover with a cloth and let stand for 30 minutes.
