Roast chicken with potatoes

One chicken of 2 kg, 200 g potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, a mixture of dried vegetables and curry.
Clean the chicken well and put salt on all sides and inside, then peel 200g potatoes and cut them in half only. Then place the chicken in a baking dish and add the pepper, curry and olive oil and put it to bake at 200C for about 20 minutes, then remove it from the oven and arrange the potatoes around chicken and add more oil if necessary. After another 40 minutes remove out of the oven and serve.
