A delicious nigerian dish called amala

Ingredients:
yam
wooden handle
water
Directions:
peel the bark from the yam. cut the yam into little bits. wash and dry in the sun. after sufficiently dry, grind the yam into powder or flour. add the flour to boiling water. mix the mixture continuously until it is consistent and firm. serve hot.
