Burek - Meat pie

500 g thin crust
300 g of minced meat mixed
1 onion
3 eggs
sparkling water
Finely chop onion and fry it in oil. In adding to mixed minced meat, all a little prodinstajte and season. When done let cool. The cooled add 2 eggs and mix everything well. Pouljite round baking pan and arrange the bark, like this: sprinkle each crust with oil and acid water, and one in four put the filling. And so on until no extra crust. Leave a crust on the side to permeate burek. When it's finished dressing make by whisk 1 egg with a glass of mineral water to cover burek. Bake in the preheated oven.
