1 pig ear
1 pork tenderloin
1 farinheira
1 rice pudding
1 chorizo
1 vial of cooked grain
Potatoes q.s.
Cabbage q.s.
Oil qs
Salt q.s.
In a pressure cooker cook the tenderloin and the pig's ear in water, putting the oil and salt. When they are almost cooked, add the cabbage and potatoes arranged already cut in half, if necessary add more water, cook a little longer until the cabbage and potatoes are almost cooked, then add the sausages and cook. Finally add the grain to heat. Then just serve!
