Ingredients:
cabbage, meat, onion, rice, salt, paprika, pepper, tomatoes
Directions:
In a pot with a little oil fry a little onion, add rice and lasts for about 5-7 minutes. Then mix well with ground meat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
The meat is placed on cabbage leaves (they should be the size of a palm) and wrap forming rolls.
In the pan you are going to make stuffed cabbage put chopped cabbage and cabbage rolls and then place in pan. Bring the water over them, enough to cover.
Put in the oven.
Serve warm. Excellent for holidays.
