1/2 cup finely chopped onions
few tbs oil
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 cup celery root, chopped
1/3 pound ground meat
1/2 cup tomato puree
2 quarts water
bit of wine
salt to taste
1/2 pund spaghetti
parmesan cheese
Take finely chopped onions and fry in a pot with oil until golden. Add
carrots, parsley root, celery root and add to the pot. Fry again for a few
minutes. Add to the pot ground meat, tomato puree and salt to taste. Add water
and sautee. When the vegetables are tender add a bit of wine.

In a separate bowl cook spaghetti or other pasta of your choice. Place pasta on
a plate and pour the meat sauce over. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
