Creamy White Chicken Chili Recipe

1 pound chicken breasts, cut into 1/2" pieces
1 medium onion, chopped into 1/2" pieces
2 cloves fresh garlic, or 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cups cooked great northern beans, or 2 cans
2 cups chicken broth, or 1 can
1 7oz can of chopped green chili
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
In a large saucepan, over medium heat, heat the oil. Add the chicken, onion, fresh garlic and saute until the chicken is no longer pink. Add the broth, beans, chile and the spices. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer uncovered for about half an hour.

Remove from the heat. Stir in sour cream and cream. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
