Stuffed Italian Tomato

Ingredients:


Chicken sausages 2
Tomato 6 (big)
Chili garlic paste 2 tbsp
Egg yolk 2
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Lemon skin 1
Olive oil 4 tbsp
Tuna 1 small can
Cream 2-3 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Tomato 2 (dried)
Basil leaves as required
Spring onion for garnishing

Directions:
Cut tomatoes in center and take out seeds.

Put chili garlic sauce in baking tray and keep tomatoes over it.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

For Mayonnaise: Blend egg yolk, lemon juice and lemon skin in blender and then add olive oil.

When mayonnaise becomes ready then take out half quantity and mix tuna, 1 tablespoon cream, 1 tablespoon mozzarella cheese, salt and black pepper.

Now add this mixture in tomatoes.

Mix chicken sausages, 2 tablespoon cream, 1 tablespoon mozzarella cheese, salt and black pepper in remaining mayonnaise. Mix well.

Then stuff this mixture in tomatoes and put basil leaves and dry tomato paste.

Bake for a while.

Garnish with spring onion and serve
