Stuffed Banana

Banana 4
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Gram flour 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
Mustard seeds ½ tsp
Oil ¼ cup
Oil 1 tbsp

Cut bananas in 2 inch size pieces with its skin and bananas should be hard.

In a dry pan add all the dry masalas including coriander and gram flour and fry a bit.

Add 1 tbsp of oil when it’s been fried and turn off the stove.

After turning off the stove add sugar in it and pour it in a plate.

Add salt, mix well and let it cool.

Now plate cuts in the bananas and fill the mixture in them.

Heat ¼ cup oil and shallow fry them.

Serve hot.
