Slovenian mushroom soup [Fixed]

1 liter water
2 cubed and cooked medium potatoes
20 clusters of fresh mushrooms, wild taste best
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of flour
Minced clove of garlic
1 tablespoon each of chopped onion and parsley
1 small bay leaf
1 tablespoon of vinegar
A dash of marjoram, and salt and pepper to taste
Clean, wash and chop the mushrooms then pour boiling water over them. Melt the butter, add flour to thicken. Then add onion, garlic and parsley to mushroom mixture and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the potatoes and liquid from the potatoes, vinegar, bay leaf and seasonings and cook another 10 minutes.

You can top with sour cream and parsley for the traditional serving, known as Gobova Juha.
