Ingredients:
All purpose flour 3 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Egg 1
Ghee 1 tsp
For Filling:
Boiled chicken
Ghee 2 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tomato puree 1 cup
Salt
Chilli flakes 1-1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/4 tsp
Thyme 1/4 tsp
Black olives
Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
Mozeralla 1/2 cup
Directions:
Put flour add salt, egg and ghee knead and make dough.
Heat ghee saute garlic paste and chicken.
Now add tomato puree, salt, chilli flakes, origano, tyme and black olive mix well.
Let sauce cool and add chedder chesee and mozeralla cheese.
Now roll in roti by pin roller and prepare pockets.
Fill prepared pocket with filling and deep fry.
