Lamb Chops ½ kg
Milk ½ kg
Fennel seeds 1 tsp (powdered)
Ginger Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Asafetid 1 pinch
Cinnamon ½ tsp
Cloves 2
Salt ½ tsp
Clarified butter as required
Take a vessel, fill it with ½ liter water.
Add the chops, milk, powdered fennel seeds, ginger powder turmeric, asafetida and cinnamon powders along with cloves and salt.
Take a pan and heat clarified butter in it.
Stir well and place chops and boil on medium flame till the meat becomes tender, and almost all water gets absorbed.
