indonesian chicken sate

2 chicken breast, cut into 1inch cubes
5 shallots
5 Candle nuts (or use cashew nut if you can't find candle nuts)
3 garlic cloves
1/s teaspoon of coriander powder
bamboo skewers
1 cup water
1/4 cup oil
pinch of salt and pepper
1 cups Sweet soy sauce
6 chilis
30 grams roasted peanuts, ground
1/4 cup lime juice
How to make it

Ground shallot, garlic, candle nut, and chilis, coriander powder into a very fine paste.
add 2 tbs of the paste and 4 tbs of sweet soy sauce, Marinate chicken with for at least 1 hours
with a little oil on low or medium heat, saute the paste until fragrant.
Add ground peanuts, sweet soy sauce, salt, pepper and water.
Mix well and slowly bring to a boil. add lime juice.
put 4 or pieces of chicken on bamboo skewers
Grill satay for 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
