Sel Roti

Ingredients:
Flour, Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Water
Directions:
Pour sugar and water in flour and mix them properly. The mixture should be like a dough but should be able to flow(but not runny). Pre-heat the oil in maximum heat for about 10 minutes. Pour the mixture in the heating oil in such a way that it becomes large ring-like shape. Fry it some time, until it turns dark yellow. Sel Roti is now prepared.
